1. Eligibility & account registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in the Philippines) to create an account and use the Service.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable use policy

You agree to use ZYLO AI Philippines website solely for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, hate-oriented, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary models of ZYLO AI Philippines.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, safety guardrails, authentication mechanisms, or platform security infrastructure.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized data extraction tools on the Service.

3. Intellectual property

• User Content & Inputs: You retain all rights and ownership to the inputs (prompts and uploaded materials) you submit to ZYLO AI Philippines.
• Generated Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZYLO AI Philippines grants you full ownership rights to the generated text, images, or media produced by the Service in response to your prompts for personal or commercial use.
• Proprietary Rights: ZYLO AI Philippines and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the brand, algorithms, platform architecture, logos, trademarks, and core technology.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and payments

• Subscription Fees: Access to premium tools or high-capacity features may require a paid subscription plan or API credit.
• Recurring Billing: Subscription plans auto-renew periodically (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle date.
• Refund Policy: All payments made to ZYLO AI Philippines are non-refundable except where explicitly required by Philippine consumer protection laws or stated in a separate written refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties (AI disclaimer)

• Accuracy of Outputs: Artificial intelligence models may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information ("hallucinations"). Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any output generated by ZYLO AI Philippines before relying on it for professional, financial, legal, or official decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ZYLO AI Philippines, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

8. Modifications to terms

ZYLO AI Philippines reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
