02 What is the difference between the ZYLO K1 and the S1 PRO?
The ZYLO K1 is our flagship model, with a larger display and more advanced AI features. The S1 PRO focuses on workout versatility, with adjustable arms for cable exercises.

03 Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No. There is no monthly subscription. Your purchase includes lifetime access.

04 How does the AI coaching work?
The AI uses real-time body tracking across 42 points to monitor your movement and provide coaching and guidance throughout your workout.

05 How many workouts and programs are available?
ZYLO AI offers 300+ workouts, 100+ AI programs and 400+ movements, giving you a wide variety of exercises to choose from.

06 Can beginners use ZYLO AI?
Yes. You can choose programs based on your fitness level, and the AI guides you while you exercise, so it suits beginners as well as experienced users.

07 Can the workout programs be customised?
Yes. The workout experience adjusts to your fitness goals, preferred exercises and training level.

08 How much resistance can it handle?
The digital resistance goes up to 100 kg (220 lbs).

09 Does it need Wi-Fi or an internet connection?
ZYLO AI is a smart connected fitness system, so an internet connection may be required.
